Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Scrywell, a technical SEO health monitoring service operated by ARK Solutions (“ARK Solutions”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using Scrywell you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and access

Scrywell is currently provided to ARK Solutions, Shipyu, and a small set of invited internal users. Access is granted on a per-account basis. You agree to provide accurate sign-in information and to keep your credentials confidential.

2. Permitted use

  • You may use Scrywell to monitor sites that you own or have explicit permission to monitor.
  • You may not use Scrywell to scan, crawl, or test sites you do not have authorization to access.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Scrywell access without prior written agreement with ARK Solutions.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer internal infrastructure, or use the service to violate applicable law.

3. Third-party data and integrations

Scrywell integrates with Google Search Console, GitHub, Resend, Trigger.dev, and Neon Postgres. By connecting a third-party integration, you authorize Scrywell to access the data described in our Privacy Policy and confirm that you have permission to grant that access. You can revoke any integration at any time.

4. No warranty, no service-level guarantee

Scrywell is provided “as is” and “as available”. While the service is in V1 there is no service-level agreement: ARK Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness of crawl data, or timeliness of notifications. You should not rely on Scrywell as the sole source of truth for any business-critical decision without independent verification.

ARK Solutions disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARK Solutions and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, traffic, search rankings, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of Scrywell. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us for the service in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.

6. Right to disconnect and delete data

You may stop using Scrywell at any time. You can request that we disconnect any integration and delete the data associated with your account or your sites by emailing parker@ascensionadvisory.com. ARK Solutions may also suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced through Scrywell or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Scrywell will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
